Pool Information
In order for homeowners to access the pool facility, a pool key is needed. Please see below for additional information regarding the pool keys. - 1st key is free to existing homeowners who have never received one with a signed waiver. - A replacement keys will be $50.00
- To request a pool key, please submit your request with completed waiver to poolwaivers@damctx.com
*All pool keys are Payable to the Association (Redland Heights)
Clubhouse Reservations Redland Heights Clubhouse can be reserved year round with the completion of a Clubhouse Reservation Form, and submission of the refundable cleaning deposit ($75). - For additional information regarding date availability and reserving the clubhouse please contact reservations@damctx.com
